To Increase Viewing Quality
And Read PDF Documents

Although you will reap many benefits from visiting A.V. Publications on-line, to best view and optimize your visit, you will need a browser that can view "Frames" and "JavaScript;" as well as a PDF file reader/viewer. Therefore, the following information may be helpful:

1)  Internet Browsers

2)  JavaScript and Frames

3)  PDF Reader / Viewer

1)  Internet Browsers:

If you find that you need to upgrade your Internet browser, one of the following links may be helpful*:

2)  JavaScript and Frames

Both of the above internet browsers support JavaScript and Frames. If you are not using one of the above-mentioned browsers, you may not be able to view all of the available features and options on the A. V. Publications (AVP) site.

To download a browser update, click on your choice of browser and follow downloading instructions. After you have installed the new browser on your computer, be sure to read the "read me" file, or the "help" file on how to set up (install and configure) your browser's "preferences" file, so that your browser will be enabled to read Frames and JavaScript, as well as PDF documents and other value-added features.

3)  PDF Reader / Viewer:

PDF Documents  formatted in Adobe® Acrobat offer AVP site visitors the following options:

  1. The ability to view documents either on-line or off-line in standard size, or magnified for easier viewing.

  2. The use of a "search" feature that enables you to look up individual, or a string of, words within a PDF document, on-line, or off-line.

  3. Increased document navigation.

  4. The ability to print out quality facsimiles of each PDF document available on this site.

Options for Reading PDF Documents

  1. PDF documents may be read off-line at your convenience using Acrobat Reader 3.x

  2. Entire PDF documents may be read on-line, right inside your browser**. (If your browser will only permit you to load one page at a time, see Troubleshooting.)
